| 中文描述 | 落葉型天皰瘡是一種自體免疫皮膚疾病，特徵是出現抗細胞間上皮抗原的自體抗體，角質層下形成水泡和棘狀層溶解。由皮膚組織學和在細胞間隙找出自體抗體診斷。少見。病灶可能由背部或腹部開始之後擴散。有沙蚤病的馬匹也可能有陽性的免疫螢光染色測試，但由細胞培養排除。 |

| 英文描述 | Pemphigus Foliaceus is an autoimmune skin disease characterized by the development of autoantibodies against intercellular epidermal antigen, with subcorneal blister formation and ancantholysis. Dx by histology of the skin and demonstration of autoantibodies in the intercellular space. Rare. Lesions can start dorsally or ventrally then spread. Horses with Dermatophilosis can also have positive immunofluorescence tests and are ruled out by culture. |
